Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jj33 ("jj33," "we," "us," "the Platform"). Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jj33. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jj33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You may request the closure of your jj33 Account at any time by contacting customer support. jj33 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or for any other reason at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
jj33 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount at jj33 is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
jj33 processes verified withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted, including weekends and Philippine public holidays, subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between a Game's displayed rules and the provider's published rules, the provider's published rules shall prevail. jj33 does not manipulate the outcome of any Game. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a Game session, jj33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the interrupted session fairly. Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been confirmed and accepted by the jj33 system. Players are advised to verify all bet details before confirming.

jj33 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to suspend Accounts, withhold funds, and refer matters to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
All intellectual property on the jj33 Platform — including but not limited to the jj33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jj33 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any jj33 content without express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jj33 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government action, or cyberattacks.
In all cases, jj33's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jj33's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under Applicable Law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
